Predator-prey dymanic gets interesting when you bring anthropomorphism and possibly omnivorism into the situation (we don’t yet know if Herne has the stomach, or even teeth, to match his head. I once read a story about a human who was cursed to become a centaur. His human upper half was suffering deficiencies from lack of protein and fruit vitamins, and his horse body was getting sick from the fruits and meat his human mouth consumed during the first couple of days).
