@Madam Atom: My favourite wild stab in the dark about what might yet happen is that Digger, having been given a real hyena name, will for some reason and in some way transfer it to him. Okay, “little son of earthquakes” might not be the name he would wasn’t, but it’s got to be better than nothing.
In other news, I’ve become kind of closer to our unlikely heroine lately. I started playing a new online game last week, and after a successful treasure hunt I earned the title of Random Hole Digger.
