People who call this comic “distrubing,” yet enjoy an anthro comic, can lay the hypocracy so thick it can top a cake like frosting. Although I’m not a furry myself, I hang with a bunch of furries, and they’re awesome people. Arguably, FAR and away better mannered, more professional, and strikingly more intelligent than the sheer “intelligencia” you see on the street. So, please, get over yourselves.
This is not disturbing. It’s the very definition of cute.
I would like to have #4 available too. I was ready to order it in Jan but could not find it.
I really, really hope some demented local-to-AC fan doesn’t take today to build a Shadowchild-as-fox fursuit for their kid to wear by ursula’s table. I think the scream would be heard from orbit.
Any plans on doing a new Digger story after this?
I will not instruct Shadowchild on what foxes REALLY sound like… “RAR” is much nicer on the ears.
…after reading all the comments above, I can’t help but imagine that this is Shadowchild’s response to being told that it isn’t a fox, and then talking to the skins about its identity crises…

I hate to ask the question. What will we do when this is all over? What will we do with our Digger time? Does our little Band of Digger Brothers and Sisters migrate to something else? Or does Ursula have some other dastardly way of keeping us glued to our screens. Please says this isn’t the end….(breaks out in uncontrollable sobbing) Don’t go! Please Don’t go!

Really *really* dont want it to end – and hate filler days, much as I love the artwork. *sigh* Okay so I’ll just go back to the beginning and work my way forward again. 🙂 And yes, please, more stories, if this must end. Don’t leave us out here in the dark alone …. there are cold things out here…
I don’t mind that Digger will end. There’s only so much story to tell and when the story is done you close the book. Endings aren’t something to be feared, they’re something to be welcomed as the completion of the story.
I’ve already enjoyed the Little Creature stories that I’ve read. I’ve also enjoyed reading Irrational Fears. I look forward to the end of Digger, because that means there will be opportunities for other comics and stories to be told.
As much as I don’t want Digger to ever ever ever end, I’m excited to see what will happen. What a mixed up feeling : (

Yes, it will end, and because we know Ursula, it won’t be drawn out needlessly – it will end the way her muse says it will. Then.. let’s face it, she has a ton of stories, we’ll find _something_ of hers to follow at some point. 🙂
