Phwew. I’m glad that elephant’s been mentioned, and that Shadowchild is honest. I wonder if the slug’s fear was based on an if-then or this-or prophecy or just knowing that Shadowchild eats shadows.
That little ‘probably’ snuck into shadowchild’s dialogue is one of my favorite things in the world.
