Lanthir: Wouldn’t be too hard. Get some furry material and make a costume out of it., adorn it with the stripes and cords and whatnot that Grim Eyes wears.
There’s two ways to handle the head. Either try to make a full mask, or else just do yourself up with makeup and go as a slightly humanized Hyena.

For some reason, when I see Digger from the front, I always mistake her chin for a big ‘smiley face’! It’s unintentional cute and hilarious at the same time xD.
Of course in this case the line isn’t as ridiculous as, “Oh, when we heard your home planet and it’s billions of inhabitants were destroyed we feared the worst, but now that we know YOU survived…”
@Lanthir: If you don’t want to make the mask yourself but want the full hyena look, try starting with a horse-head mask or horse-face mask, or a Carnival*-style toucan mask, and alter it using papier mache, felting, or whatever works best with the mask with which you are comfortable. If it is just a mask, you can make a hood coming off the mask or up from the collar that attaches to the mask for Grim Eyes’ mane and, if necessary, ears. For the body, it can either be made as a jumpsuit or in.several pieces, but either way, make sure you have room for flatpacks of cooling gel or even an ice vest if you happen to have one.

*Carnival the South American festival, not carnival the typically annual festival with ferris wheels and cotton candy. Sorry, my phone keyboard doesn’t have accent marks, and I like Digger (and the comments) too much to only read it when I can use a personal computer.
