…I never in a million years expected to see this subject come up again.
I, on the other hand, have been waiting for it since Herne showed up. The ShadowChild’s been following along for some time now.
I called it on the page Herne was introduced. You don’t follow foreshadowing very well, do you?
Really, it was pretty much inevitable once Herne showed up.
this is the last one I remember reading, from now on everything is new to me! Ready to click the next button…
Oh, wow. We should’ve expected this right from when Shadowchild LAST brought up the talking issue…
I forgot about that issue…
I must admit, I was slightly surprised Digger wasn’t more receptive to the concept when Shadowchild first brought it up. But yes, I knew that line was coming since Herne first appeared.
Of all the deer who talk, he had to tap on the shoulder of one with an attitude like Herne…
Well, of any deer in the world who might talk, anyway.
Holy crap LOL.
Oh, here we go.
Poor Shadowchild. How will he ever know when someone can eat deer now… XD
Well, at least Herne doesn’t seem to resemble a normal deer completely; he appears to be deer from the neck up, and humanoid otherwise … maybe this will help …
Knowing Shadowchild? I doubt it.
heh heh, shadowchild, foreshadowing. heh heh
How quickly will Shadowchild be able to return to the hyena encampment and starve them to death?
As a first-timer reading this I’ve gotten used to foreshadowing, but I’ll admit this one caught me deliciously off guard
XD shadowchild is the best
And Grim Eyes is thinking…”Oh…crap.”
” Am I a talking deer?”
Digger gave shadow child a shovel and told him to dig himself a pit of confusin.
I expected it since Digger told Shadowchild to generalize. The expectation just got funnier as we met Herne and learned how he reacts to people tactlessly asking about the deer-attributes thing.
