I *love* Digger’s always-irrefutable logic! 🙂
hidden mickey!
Oh, that’s really tenuous.
Now I want waffles.
Mmm. Waffles.
And now Digger is a Film Noir protagonist – yes!
Not only would punching Jhalm in the kidneys take more than an hour, it would probably aggravate her shoulder as well 😉
There should not be a comma after ‘thankfully’, no matter how one reads it.
The line about mean waffles, combined with the recent Discworld references in the comments remind me of the Lancre Blue cheese. Nasty stuff that. Scares all the other cheese away.
*or liver XD
Actually, the comma after “thankfully” would be correct if there were also a comma before thankfully. Grammatically, it’s a both or neither situation.
😉
(I’d vote for neither, though, because that sentence already has an overabundance of commas.)
